The product we set out to build.

ResonaOS brought several ambitions together: résumé work, opportunity discovery, applications and mentorship. Its next milestone was to turn that collection into a coherent product concept.

We centred the workspace on the candidate’s goals. A shared profile connects the activities, while task-specific AI assistance and a distinct mentorship experience give each capability a clear role.

Build around the candidate

We organised documents, opportunities and guidance within one career workspace. Shared context gives each activity a reason to belong in the product.

Make assistance part of the task

AI appears within résumé, opportunity and application work. The interface shows the input, the suggestion and the choice the user needs to make.

Give mentorship its own role

We kept human guidance distinct from generated assistance. The interface makes clear which kind of help a user is receiving.

ResonaOS gained a coherent workspace concept and interface system across its career activities. The work defines how the parts connect and where people retain control over AI suggestions. Next comes testing that understanding with users, including when they need human mentorship.
