This includes your website, what you need, your intended audience, project type, current stage, existing work, feedback, budget and deadline. We also keep a record of when your enquiry was received.
How we use it
We use your information to assess whether the project is a fit, respond to your enquiry, discuss timing and prepare a scope. We may also use it to improve the application process. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and service providers
Project enquiries are sent to our website’s server and saved as enquiry records. Technical service providers may process information as needed to host, operate, secure and maintain the website. If we agree to work together, the project agreement will cover any additional arrangements for handling project information.
Technical information
The website’s hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver pages, diagnose errors and protect the service. The site does not currently include advertising trackers or a third-party analytics tool.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the enquiry. Some records may need to be kept longer for business records, legal obligations or resolving disputes. We do not promise a fixed deletion date for every record.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you have submitted. If we have already contacted you about your enquiry, you can reply to that conversation with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect submitted information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please share only what we need to understand your project. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive information about other people in your enquiry.

We may update this notice when our website, enquiry process or service providers change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date shown above.
