Project enquiries
Submitting a project enquiry starts a conversation. It does not guarantee that we will accept the project, have availability, confirm a particular price or deliver a particular result. It also does not guarantee investment readiness.
Project agreements
Every accepted project requires a separate written agreement and a confirmed scope. That agreement sets out payment, client responsibilities, ownership, third-party costs, changes, warranties and delivery conditions. These website terms do not replace it.
Claims and outcomes
Our work may help you build, refine or prepare a product, brand, website or presentation for use, testing, fundraising or launch. We do not guarantee customer adoption, accelerator acceptance, funding, revenue or product-market fit.
Intellectual property
The Shipfire Labs name, website copy, visual system and original site materials remain protected. Ownership rights for client work are defined in the signed project agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the website, submit unlawful content, impersonate someone else, scrape protected information or interfere with other people’s use of the site.
Liability
We provide this website on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Shipfire Labs is not liable for indirect losses arising solely from your use of this public website.
